Delivery of Your Products
- All products delivered to any address within the United Kingdom will be exempt of all delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- Products delivered to any address outside the United Kingdom will be subject to the following conditions:
- Delivery charges will vary depending upon destination and weight of order, all costs will be displayed at the point of order.
- All international orders exceeding 2kg in weight will be sent in more than 1 delivery until the order is fulfilled. All pricing will be subject to the above clause.
- We will deliver your products to the delivery address as shown on your Order Form.
- We will use our reasonable endeavours to dispatch your products within 48 hours of the date of issue of your order confirmation.
- Estimated dispatch times which are given at the time of placing an Order are estimates only and do not refer to delivery times.
- If you have ordered several products at one time, we may deliver the products on different days.
- You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of the product ordered by calling us on +44 (0) 870 122 4399 or faxing on +44 (0) 1827 303868 and quoting your Web Order Number.
- Orders dispatched are sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 5 working days. However occasionally they may take longer to arrive due to delays within Royal Mail. Please allow 10 days for delivery of all Royal Mail parcels. If 10 days have passed and your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
- Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you on delivery of the products.
Your Right to Return the Products
- If any Product supplied by us should be unfit for purpose you are entitled to return the Product to us and obtain a full refund if you contact us within 14 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product quoting our order reference number
- If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them you may return the Product(s) to us for a refund, subject to the payment of the transportation charges set out below:
- You inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within 14 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product; and
- The Product(s) are returned in their original condition and the packaging of the Product(s) is intact; and
- The Product(s) are returned in accordance with paragraph below.
- Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure.
- Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Please telephone us on +44 (0) 870 122 4399 between 09:00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to make arrangements for return. You will then be provided with an RTN (Return Number) number.
- Before returning any Product(s) to Dekko Exclusive Gifts Ltd please check that you have:
- Received an RTN number from Dekko Exclusive Gifts Ltd (issued on request)
- Enclosed all items unless informed otherwise.
- Used all packaging that was originally supplied.
- Ensure the following returns address and the RTN number are clearly displayed:

- Sealed the packaging securely.
- Following these steps will help ensure the Product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Product(s) being rejected upon receipt.
- Please note that we reserve the right to reject any Product(s) that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.
- Return of unwanted goods:
- You may return the goods subject to the clauses in section 3 at your own expense but we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
- If you wish us to arrange collection; subject to the clauses in section 3 there will be a minimum charge of £15.00 (plus VAT) up to £100 value and £25.00 (plus VAT) for goods valued over £100.
- The appropriate transportation charge will be deducted from your refund payment once the Product(s) has/have been inspected and deemed complete and in good condition by Dekko.
